This year, our fraternity and sorority community logged over 3,000 hours of community service. This was only the amount reported, many members do service outside of official chapter events and these hours do not always get reported back to chapters. Our community also raised a total of $23,540 towards philanthropy efforts, including the amount raised by FSL members for Dance Marathon. Both of these numbers are lower than normal due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Standards of Excellence

The Fraternity and Sorority Life team has created set of goals for all fraternities and sororities on this campus, called the Standards of Excellence. Based on the values of our community, these standards are areas in which every organization wishes to excel. The individual chapters submit their participation and achievements in the following categories on a monthly basis to achieve Standards of Excellence Awards. These awards are given out on a point system developed specifically for each standard.
