Event Planning Services:
The Event Planning & Scheduling staff represents and schedules the University Center and a variety of outdoor locations. The staff welcomes the opportunity to assist you in coordinating the various aspects of planning your event.
The experienced Event Coordinators will gladly assist with room selection, room setup, and audio/visual requirements for your event.
Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi’s state of the art University Center and surrounding outdoor spaces provide the ideal location for small meetings to large banquets. The facilities are versatile and will accommodate a variety of events with flexible configurations and full technical service.
